Colorado Strike Force is looking for teams and coaches in all age groups to join our organization.
Be part of our culture while also learning how to create success for your players using the Colorado Strike Force name. Our coaches, players and families love being part of something bigger, where they can network to learn, observe and grow from other Strike Force teams while making their own operations more efficient.

If you are a new Strike force player, you may fill out our college recruiting questionaire click HERE
Every week every player will be eligible to be on the weekly spotlight. In order to be in the spotlight the player will have to meet all criteria. If more than one player meets all criteria, coaches Will choose the player that stands out for one reason or another. The criteria's are:
good/positive attitude, effort, and support/dugout, appearance (practice included), excellence on the field, following morals, and not afraid to get dirty.

Victoria started her softball career as a player for Arvada Softball in 2016. In 2018 she joined Colorado Strike Force Competitive Softball organization, and played for them for the following 5 years. By 2020 she became a team leader an coaches "right hand man" helping with practice and private lessons in addition to continue to improve her skills. In 2023 Victoria received two offers from NCAA divivision II colleges. As much as she loved softball, Victoria made the difficult decison to pursue her academic carrer in Biomechanical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. Victoria continues to help young girls lives by sharing her softball story and helping them improve their softball skillls by offering private lessons and coaching. Victoria is an example of dedication, resiliance and hard work.
